Visual Enjoyment

So my summer training officially started this week.

Day 1 was 2h bike, 1 hour field work then lift.
Day 2 core and some games
Day 3 Games, sprints
Day 4 (today) 2 hour bike, 1 hour filed work and lift.

What do you do after days 1 and 4? Thats right...Internet!!!! This is what I found and I will share it with you. Thanks Tommy Ford
